[ ] Fields match the website
Confirm field IDs, types, and required values match the controls on your website.
[ ] The form is live
Check the current publishable key and replace any older key in the website snippet.
[ ] Website origins are correct
Allow the actual protocol and host, including www if used. Test on the production website.
[ ] The endpoint passes test mode
Run the generated test handler on the website. This validates the connection without creating a lead.
[ ] One live handler is installed
Replace test mode with the live handler. Check loading, errors, preserved answers, and success feedback.
[ ] An intentional live enquiry arrives
Send a clearly labelled test enquiry and confirm its answers and campaign context in the correct inbox.
[ ] The team has access and an owner
Review workspace roles and lead routing, and agree who checks unassigned enquiries and follow-ups.
[ ] Optional delivery is checked separately
If email alerts or webhooks are configured, check their delivery history. An endpoint check does not verify delivery.Your checkmarks stay on this page and reset when you reload. This checklist records your review; it does not inspect or certify your website.
Test mode and live mode answer different questions.
Test mode validates the key, live status, origin, and submitted fields without creating an enquiry. One intentional live submission confirms that an enquiry reaches the inbox. Email and webhook delivery need their own checks if you use them.
